Join renowned Canadian Art Therapist, Rapinder Kaur as she takes you on a creative journey. By making art with archival images, participants will be guided to explore pathways towards individual and collective freedom, while holding space for the pain of the 1984 Sikh Genocide.
All art supplies will be provided but if you would like to bring copies of historical documents, books or photographs to create art with please feel free to bring. We will have a photocopier on site to make copies of archival materials.
Workshop suitable for 15+.
Hosted by the Sikh National Archives of Canada in partnership with Sikh Heritage Month Foundation and support from Art as Therapy.
