Workshop Facilitator Bio: Meet Rapinder Kaur, a multifaceted professional with a rich background. Rapinder is not only a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist but also serves as a clinical supervisor and a dedicated board member. Her expertise extends to being a sought-after public speaker, a passionate community organizer, and an experienced facilitator.

Rapinder’s profound commitment lies in the realm of liberation arts, where she explores how both individual and communal empowerment can serve as catalysts for disrupting oppressive systems. She has a global footprint, having delivered workshops both online and in person on national and international platforms.

With a diverse career, Rapinder has made impactful contributions in various settings, including schools, women’s shelters, psychiatric hospitals, group homes, long-term care facilities, and social service agencies. As the founder of “Art as Therapy,” a private, community-based therapy practice, she continues to make a difference in the lives of many.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rapinder is a dedicated volunteer for the Sikh National Archives of Canada, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to community service and preservation of cultural heritage.
